By submitting this declaration I understand that if my application for credit is approved:

1. Payment terms for account holders are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
2. Goods remain property of Earth Greetings until payment in full is received.
3. In the event that your credit account remains unpaid after 30 days, your account may be reverted to Prepaid status.
4. Costs of Recovery - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Earth Greetings Pty Ltd in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify Earth Greetings Pty Ltd. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
